Fit matters when choosing a therapist. And choosing one can feel like an intimidating process, but it doesn’t have to be. That’s why I offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation for anyone who would like to work with me.
Here are the steps to get started:
- Call or email to schedule your initial phone consultation.
- If we decide I’m a good fit for your needs, we will schedule your first session and you will receive intake paperwork via email.
- Complete online forms before attending your first session
I return weekday messages and calls as soon as possible. Messages left on Friday afternoons and weekends are typically returned on Monday.
